Exchange and return policy


1. Contact customer service and you will receive a response within 7 working days via email

2. Please ensure that the products you wish to return have not been used that they are returned in their original packaging, and that they are in a condition that can be resold. Used products or damaged packaging will not be received as returned goods.

3. You will send the product to our address in Jeddah, Al-Sharafiya district, and provide us with the tracking number to receive it. (The service is available in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia only).

4. If the customer is not satisfied with the product after receiving it for personal reasons, it will be returned and the customer will bear the shipping costs (worth 20 riyals) if the product is intact and in its original packaging, so it can be resold again.

5. If you completed your order using a credit card, the value of what you paid will be returned to the card that was used. Please note that the process may require 7 to 14 working days. Banking matters.
